Private sessions are the best way to ensure individual attention, get your personal questions answered, and learn how to develop a home practice that works for you. Amy might be the right personal yoga teacher for you if you:
- think group practices are intimidating
- want extra confidence in your practice
- want to work towards a specific pose or stretch a specific muscle group
- have specific limitations that need extra care
- desire one on one attention that a class doesn’t provide

Investment: $75 per 60 minute session; sessions booked three at at time
Why the price? As your personal yoga teacher, I am invested in your health and I expect that you are, too. Unlike a group class, I design a program that works specifically for your body and your needs. It typically takes me one hour to prepare for our one hour session. In addition to compensating the extra hours I put into our session, you are also paying for my ten plus years’ experience with the body and my dedication to continuing education.
I will also give you assignments to do at home. (Personal printable yoga sessions are available at an added cost.) My personal experience has shown me that the more I am willing to invest in my health and education, the more seriously I take it. I want the best for you and I want you to be committed to your practice and the work we do together.
If you are seeking private sessions and cannot afford the price, please email me. If I am not able to accommodate you, I recommend other teachers who may be able to fit your budget.
